    • ​​We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us
    • Return/Exchange Requests are approved/rejected within 2 working days
    • Return pickups are done in 1-3 working days once approved and initiated 
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused
    • Pick-up will be attempted thrice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse pick up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code

    • Refunds are processed once the product is received by our team, full return and refund process takes 5-7 working days for quality check and refund processing. 

    • Shipping charges are Non-Refundable
