    At LUXRI, we take pride in crafting high-quality men's jewellery that complements your style. We provide a 7-Day Exchange and 48 hours Refund Policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a Refund within 2 days and Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Return/Exchange Process

    1. Initiate a Request – Please click here to generate your request.

    2. Approval – Once your request is approved, our team will proceed with the return process.

    3. Return Shipping – Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your location. Alternatively, you may choose to ship the product yourself to our return centre.

    4. Quality Inspection – Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our exchange policy.

    5. Exchange Dispatch – Once approved, your replacement will be shipped within 48 hours of pickup.

    6. Refund Process - Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, the refund will be initiated and credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

    Important Notes

    • ₹100 Refund Processing fee will be deducted in case of refunds.

    • COD charges are Non-Refundable.

    • If the returned product does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to you, and the request will be denied.

    • Returns and exchanges are limited to one time per order.

    • In case the exchanged product is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.

    • If the requested exchange product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit valid for 3 months.

    • LUXRI is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

    Eligibility Criteria

    To qualify for a Return/Exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    • The  Exchange Request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order and Return Request must be raised within 2 days or receiving the order.

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including the LUXRI jewellery pouch/box, tags, and any accessories provided).

    • The product must be free from scratches, damages, or signs of wear.

    • The original order invoice must be provided for verification.

    • Customised, engraved, or sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
